Light Group Las Vegas Dining
The Light Group boasts an impressive portfolio of restaurants which, collectively, can accommodate any range of tastes and culinary needs. Ranging from casual cantinas to fine-dining steakhouses, each establishment maintains the standard of cuisine, service and atmosphere that has grown synonymous with The Light Group’s name. Light Group Executive Chef, Brian Massie, has conceptualized and executed unique menus for five out of the six venues, while the internationally acclaimed chef Akira Back has helmed the sixth. Together, they consistently deliver expertly-crafted, beautiful cuisine to ever-evolving clientele.
At ARIA Resort & Casino, The Light Group owns and operates UNION Restaurant & Lounge, which fuses modern fine-dining with a posh full-service lounge experience. At Bellagio Resort & Casino, guests can dine at one of two Light Group establishments – Fix Restaurant & Bar or Yellowtail Japanese Restaurant & Lounge. Fix is ultra-contemporary fixture inside the landmark resort and provides diners with both the scene and the cuisine that they would expect from a highly-touted Las Vegas establishment. Yellowtail Japanese Restaurant & Bar is home to Chef Akira Back, who’s sushi and asian-fusion cuisine is wildly celebrated and beautifully presented. At The Mirage one will find FIX’s counterpart, STACK Restaurant & Bar, which serves up craveable quick bites and whimsical interpretations of classic American cuisine. Lastly, at the Monte Carlo Resort and Casino The Light Group operates Diablo’s Cantina and Brand Steakhouse. The former is a sultry and spicy, two-tier Mexican hotspot which is as lively during the day as it is at night, while Brand is an elegant steakhouse, whose offerings are made even more delicious by the beautiful room in which they’re served.
